We're looking for an exceptional Store Manager to help lead our next chapter.

Your Opportunity

As the leader of our retail operation, you'll oversee every aspect of the customer experience while developing a high-performing team of approximately five-seven staff members. You'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the quality and hospitality that have defined Dags & Willow for more than two decades.

Working closely with ownership and our kitchen, events, and wholesale teams, you'll help drive new ideas, improve operations,



and contribute to the continued evolution of one of Collingwood's most recognized specialty food businesses.

Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, mentor, and inspire a team of approximately five employees
- Create a workplace culture built on teamwork, accountability, and exceptional customer service
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience that exceeds expectations
- Oversee all daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and financial performance
- Recruit, train, and develop exceptional team members
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
- Collaborate with our kitchen team to coordinate prepared foods and specialty offerings
- Partner with our events team to support private functions, catering, and seasonal initiatives
- Work alongside our wholesale division to ensure seamless communication and inventory management
- Identify opportunities to improve operations, merchandising, and sales performance
- Help protect and strengthen the reputation of one of Collingwood's most trusted local businesses

What You'll Bring
- Proven leadership experience in retail, hospitality, specialty food, or premium customer service
- A passion for leading people and developing high-performing teams
