NT Painting & Decoration Inc. is seeking Subcontractor specializing in Drywall Installation and Taping for residential and commercial projects in Winnipeg and surrounding areas.

We are looking for skilled and reliable subcontractors who can complete drywall installation, taping, mudding, sanding, repairs, and finishing work to a professional standard. The ideal subcontractor takes pride in clean workmanship, communicates clearly, and can work independently while meeting project timelines.

Scope of Work

Work may include

- Measuring, cutting, and installing drywall panels
- Taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing drywall surfaces
- Completing drywall repairs and blending patches with existing finishes
- Installing corner bead and applying caulking or sealants where required
- Reading work orders, drawings, and project instructions
- Working with painters, supervisors, and other trades on site
- Keeping work areas clean, safe,



and organized
- Providing job updates as needed

Requirements

Applicants must have

- 2+ years of qualified drywall boarding, taping, and finishing experience
- Residential and/or commercial drywall experience
- Own drywall tools and equipment
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned work on schedule
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work safely on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Valid WCB clearance letter
- Valid Certificate of Insurance with current coverage dates
