Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and hands-on Supervisor/Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This position combines supervisory responsibilities with active cleaning duties. The successful candidate will lead by example, ensure high-quality service, and help maintain excellent relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

- Perform commercial cleaning services, including carpet cleaning, hard floor maintenance, and general janitorial duties.
- Supervise and support cleaning technicians on assigned job sites
- Train new employees on cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure company standards are consistently met
- Communicate professionally with clients and respond to service requests
- Operate and maintain commercial cleaning equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
- Assist with scheduling, supply management, and reporting as required.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning - required.
- Supervisory or team lead experience is an asset
- Experience with carpet extraction, floor scrubbing, stripping, waxing,



and burnishing - required
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Police background check - required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Must be reliable, punctual, and authorized to work in Canada
- Driver license and reliable transportation.
