Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Supervisor and Cashier with supervisor experience over 2 years in retail trade industry,

whereas for Cashier minimum 6 months of experience in retail industry or gas station to lead our retail team and deliver exceptional customer service. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, manage cash handling procedures, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your leadership will drive sales, maintain merchandising standards, and foster a collaborative team workplace.

Supervisor Responsibilities

- Supervise daily store activities, including sales, customer service, and merchandising efforts
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Manage cashier operations, including cash handling, POS transactions, and balancing registers accurately
- Recruit, train, and develop staff through effective onboarding and ongoing coaching
- Oversee inventory purchasing, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to optimize store presentation
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional displays to attract customers and increase sales
- Maintain organizational standards by ensuring compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and store cleanliness

Qualifications

- Proven supervising or team management experience in a retail environment
- Strong cashiering skills with proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Demonstrated ability in merchandising,



pricing, and retail sales strategies
- Experience with recruiting, training & development, and scheduling staff
- Knowledge of payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative tasks
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and time management capabilities
- Multilingual skills are preferred to enhance customer interactions and team communication
- Strong leadership qualities combined with excellent customer service orientation

As a Cashier Responsibilities/ Expectations

- Customer Service top-notch
- Store cleanliness by doing a daily cleaning checklist and signing off. cleaning logs binder.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Time management and completing assigned Tasks on time.
- Punctuality on shift.
- Need to inform if taking a day off prior to the week of new scheduling.
- Demonstrated ability in merchandising, pricing, and retail sales strategies
- Stocking/ merchandising all category products and maintaining temperature logs binder everyday.
- Food Safety Policies will be explained during training of cooking food on Roller Grill.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional displays to attract customers and increase sales
