We're looking for an energetic, dependable Floor Supervisor to lead our Front of House team during evening service. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for ensuring smooth operations, providing excellent customer service, supporting staff, and maintaining a positive, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is confident under pressure, leads by example, and enjoys working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and support servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff throughout each shift.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Assist with seating, food running, bartending, serving, or hosting when needed.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to maintain efficient service.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and direction throughout the shift.
- Complete opening and closing duties, including cash-outs and end-of-night procedures.
- Ensure all health, safety, Smart Serve, and company policies are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, bar, and service areas.
- Manage waitlists and guest flow during busy periods.




- Handle customer complaints calmly and effectively, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Complete shift reports and communicate important information to management.

Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or bar experience required.
- Supervisory or leadership experience is considered a strong asset.
- Valid Smart Serve certification required.
- Food Handlers Certificate preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a team-first mentality.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
