Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. In this role, you will oversee procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution while ensuring products and materials are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to improve operational performance in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost performance.

- Oversee procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.

- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure product availability.

- Analyze supply chain performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.

- Collaborate with operations, production, finance, and sales teams to support business objectives.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations,



and quality standards.

- Prepare reports, track key performance indicators, and recommend solutions to enhance supply chain operations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement management.

- Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, transportation, and distribution processes.

- Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.

- Professional certification in supply chain or logistics is considered an advantage.

Pay: $85,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
