Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Supply Chain Supervisor to lead and optimize our supply chain operations. In this role, you will oversee procurement, inventory management, demand planning, and logistics processes to ensure seamless product flow from suppliers to customers. Your leadership will drive process improvements, enhance efficiency, and support manufacturing excellence.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily supply chain activities including procurement, purchasing, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to align demand planning with production schedules using tools like SAP ERP and MRP systems.
- Utilize data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI to analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify opportunities for process enhancement.
- Lead process improvement initiatives employing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies to streamline operations.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate procurement terms, and oversee purchasing activities ensuring cost-effective sourcing.
- Implement and maintain ERP systems (SAP, SAP ERP) for accurate data tracking across procurement, inventory, and demand planning functions.




- Conduct regular reviews of supply chain workflows to identify inefficiencies and develop strategies for optimization using SQL analysis and process mapping techniques.

Skills

- Extensive experience with SAP ERP systems and MRP modules for inventory management and demand forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, purchasing strategies, and supplier relationship management.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL for reporting insights.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing environments with expertise in lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with supply chain concepts including demand planning, logistics coordination, ERP systems integration, and process optimization.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills with the capacity to present complex data clearly and persuasively.
