Hours: Work every other Saturday , 7am till 3pm. Tuesday to Friday 7am till 3pm . One Wednesday every other week 7am till 6pm. Flexible to meet the needs of the program.

The Chance
Join our dynamic team at the Peter Willis Residence, where we support federally sentenced men in their journey back into the community. Through counselling, group programs, and employment services, we help clients build the skills and confidence they need to thrive.
What You’ll Do
- Supporting clients with personalized plans to boost social functioning
- Facilitating engaging groups
- Monitoring and documenting medication distribution
- Mediating disputes and promoting peaceful resolution
- Assisting with urinalysis and breathalyzer testing
What You’ll Bring
- College diploma in related Social/Human Sciences
- Minimum 1 year experience (placement or paid) in therapeutic or correctional settings
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with databases
- Accessibility to reliable transportation
- Must be granted Reliability Status before employment can start
- Ability to manage occasional exposure to vicarious traumatic stress
