Overview

Canadian citizens, permanent residents, and anyone with legal permission to work in Canada (e.g., post-graduate work permit, open work permit) are welcome to apply.

Duties

- Making sushi rice with the right consistency and flavor.
- Cutting and preparing fish, other seafood, and vegetables.
- Rolling and cutting sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri.
- Creating specialized and artistic sushi dishes according to customers' orders
- Ensuring all sushi bar and preparation areas are clean and sanitized.
- Following food safety regulations and standards.
- Properly storing ingredients to maintain freshness.
- Managing inventory and keeping track of stock levels.

Qualifications We prefer candidates have at least one year of sushi cook experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $16.35 per hour
