Position: Swim/Aquatic Instructor

Location: 3000 Don Mills Rd E, North York, ON M2J 3C8

Type: Part-Time position

What You’ll Do

- Lead small, personalized group lessons (maximum 4 students) for swimmers of all levels.
- Foster a positive, supportive environment where students feel safe, motivated, and excited to improve.
- Ensure safety in and around the water, and confidently handle any emergencies.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and the WD Swim team to ensure everyone is on the same page.

What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine passion for aquatics and working with kids!
- Previous swim teaching experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right candidate.
- Robust communication skills and the ability to work well with others.




- Legally eligible to work in Canada (no sponsorship available).
- Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts.
- National Lifeguard & Swimming Instructor certifications are required
