CSC Digital Solutions Ltd is seeking an accomplished Systems Integration Manager to lead the integration of enterprise technologies that support business transformation and operational excellence. You will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of system integration initiatives, ensuring that applications, cloud platforms, infrastructure, and third-party solutions operate seamlessly across the organization. This role requires both technical expertise and strategic leadership to deliver secure, scalable, and future-ready technology ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

- Direct enterprise systems integration projects from technical planning through deployment and post-implementation support.
- Develop integration architectures that enable secure and reliable communication between business applications and technology platforms.
- Collaborate with software developers, infrastructure engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and business stakeholders to define integration requirements.
- Evaluate existing technology environments and recommend integration improvements that increase operational efficiency and system interoperability.
- Oversee API management, middleware platforms, data synchronization processes, and enterprise integration standards.
- Ensure all integration initiatives comply with security policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project milestones, technical risks, resource allocation, and delivery quality while reporting progress to executive leadership.




- Drive continuous improvement by identifying emerging technologies and up-to-date integration practices that enhance organizational capabilities.

Qualifications

- Extensive experience in systems integration, enterprise architecture, solution delivery, or technology programme management.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing, enterprise applications, APIs, middleware, microservices, and hybrid IT environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise technology platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams and manage complex integration programmes.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- TOGAF, PMP, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS, ITIL, or equivalent professional certifications are highly desirable.
