Must have:

3+ years of hands-on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.

8+ years of experience developing test strategies, test plans, test cases, test scenarios, test scripts, and test data.

8+ years of experience in web-based system testing and QA, including functional, integration, regression, unit, smoke, performance, stress, accessibility, and non-functional testing.

5+ years of hands-on experience with BI product and end-to-end ETL testing.

3+ years of experience with data analysis, data validation, source-to-target data comparison, data completeness, accuracy, and integrity testing.

Hands-on experience testing Power BI dashboards/reports and BI solutions.

Experience using SQL, programming, or data validation tools for source-to-target data comparison and validation.

Experience creating QA artifacts, including test plans, test cases, test data, test results, defect reports, and test matrices.

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test case management, defect tracking, and testing lifecycle management.

Strong experience with Agile methodology and SDLC, including participation in Scrum ceremonies and UAT activities.

Experience identifying, documenting, troubleshooting, and resolving defects in collaboration with Developers, BAs, and business stakeholders.





Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Public-sector experience and knowledge of AODA/accessibility requirements are assets.

Role and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data for large-scale applications.

Perform hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM testing, including functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.

Conduct web-based application testing across functional, integration, regression, smoke, performance, stress, accessibility, and non-functional areas.

Perform end-to-end BI and ETL testing, including source-to-target validation, data reconciliation, data completeness, accuracy, and integrity testing.

Test Power BI dashboards and reports to validate data, calculations, business rules, and reporting outcomes.

Perform data comparison and validation using SQL, programming, or appropriate testing tools.

Create and maintain QA artifacts, including test cases, test data, test results, defect logs, and test reports.

Use Azure DevOps to manage test cases, defects, execution status, and testing lifecycle activities.

Identify, document,



investigate, and track defects; collaborate with Developers and BAs on root-cause analysis and resolution.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, data, execution support, and defect tracking.

Participate in requirements workshops, sprint reviews, walkthroughs, and Agile ceremonies to ensure requirements are testable and complete.

Provide regular testing status updates, defect summaries, risks, and progress reports to project stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC and Agile delivery lifecycle.

Ensure testing activities comply with applicable Ontario Government I⁢ standards, security procedures, policies, and guidelines.
