Responsibilities

- Conduct a wide range of table games such as blackjack, poker, roulette, or baccarat with accuracy and confidence.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their gaming experience.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including chip exchanges and payouts, with transparency and accountability.
- Monitor gameplay to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and house policies.
- Supervise game flow, assist new players, and resolve any disputes or questions promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of game outcomes, bets, and payouts for audit purposes.




- Support team members by providing leadership during shifts and assisting in training new dealers as needed.

Qualifications

- Previous supervising or leadership experience in a gaming or customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent guest services.
- Basic math skills for quick calculations related to bets, payouts, and chip counts.
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Knowledge of casino regulations and responsible gaming practices is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting.
