REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 2 years of experience within a talent management, influencer marketing, or PR agency
- Strong understanding of the creator economy, influencer marketing, and the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle industries
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Google Drive, and related business tools
- Self-motivated, solutions-oriented,



and comfortable working in a fast-paced team workplace

RESPONSIBILITES

- Serve as the primary point of contact for a roster of talent, managing day-to-day communications and career development
- Source, negotiate, and secure brand partnership opportunities that align with talent goals and audience fit
- Manage influencer campaigns from outreach through execution, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and client expectations are met
- Identify and onboard emerging talent to support agency growth
- Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and industry partners
- Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and creator opportunities to proactively advise talent
