Overview

As a Team Member at Harvey's, you play an important role in delivering outstanding customer service while preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You are responsible for creating a welcoming experience for guests, maintaining food safety standards, and working collaboratively with team members to ensure productive daily operations.

Experience

- Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is an asset but not required.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Comfortable operating a cash register and handling customer transactions.

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.

- Prepare burgers, fries, beverages,



and other menu items according to Harvey's quality standards.

- Customize orders based on customer preferences.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations.

- Restock food, packaging, and supplies throughout each shift.

- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

- Work efficiently with team members to ensure timely order preparation.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning equipment and completing daily checklists.

- Support inventory management by notifying supervisors of low stock levels.

- Promote menu items and special offers to enhance the guest experience.

- Adhere to company policies and maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Pay: $17.60-$27.26 per hour
