Position Summary

As a Team Member, you will be responsible for a wide range of different tasks in your day-to-day interactions with our guests. From taking orders to recommending new products, your routine could change at any moment.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Exhibits a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting guests and preparing their orders.
2. Demonstrates a complete understanding of menu items and explains them to guests accurately.
3. Uses Point of Sale system/cash register to record the order and compute the amount of the bill. Collects payment from guests and makes change.
4. Ensures products are stocked in sandwich unit area before and after business rushes.
5. Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up.
6. Cleans and maintains all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image.




7. Understands and adheres to all quality standards, formulas and procedures as outlined in the Mezza Lebanese Restaurant Group Operations Manual
8. Maintains a professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the Mezza Lebanese Restaurant Group Operations Manual.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Work well under pressure.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. Be punctual.
4. Must have the ability to multitask.
5. Be detail oriented.

7. Must be able to lift 25pounds.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
