Responsibilities:
- Review and determine requirements for submittal packages and O&M; manuals.
- Ensure the contents and materials in submittal packages remain accurate and up-to-date.
- Read and understand internal engineering drawings (mechanical and electrical) with BOM (bill of materials) for submittal packages.
- Generate various submittal packages and O&M; manuals for engineer’s review.
- Create/modify documents and templates used for submittal packages and O&M; manuals.
- Create, maintain, and update user manuals and templates.
- Work with other departments to gather necessary information to maintain and update technical documents.
- Work with images, graphics, screen recordings, and videos needed to update user manuals.
- Provide ideas and solutions to improve documentation and documentation processes.
Requirements:
- University degree or college diploma in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- High-level of computer proficiency with Windows-based applications, information,
and document management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Madcap Flare).
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation with excellent attention to detail.
- Deep understanding and experience with writing user manuals.
- Ability to work under pressure and to easily flow with change to priorities and projects.
· Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
