Our challenge:

We are looking for an experienced Technical SME – TLM with strong hands-on expertise in SmartStream TLM and reconciliation platforms. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end reconciliation delivery, TLM upgrades, technical implementations, production support, and automation initiatives.

The Role

Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, customize, and implement SmartStream TLM solutions.
- Work with TLM Premium, TLM Control, Recon Admin, Design Studio, Smart Studio, Web Connect, CT Tool, and Smart Schema .
- Support TLM Premium V3.0 or above upgrades and implementations.
- Design and maintain TLM schemas using TLM Schema Design and TLM Smart Schema.
- Build and deploy CT packages to target environments.
- Customize user interfaces, workflows, configurations, and database structures.
- Progress changes through component testing, integration testing, and UAT readiness.
- Deliver end-to-end reconciliations for:
- InterSystems trades and positions
- InterSystems cash
- Cash balances and transactions




- Stock positions and transactions
- Provide production support across Unix/Linux and Windows environments.
- Develop and maintain SQL/PLSQL scripts, procedures, and packages.
- Collaborate with development, testing, infrastructure, and business teams in an Agile environment.

Requirements:

You are:

- 5–7 years of experience with SmartStream TLM or similar reconciliation platforms.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with TLM Premium V3.0 or above.
- Solid experience with TLM technical tools and configuration.
- Hands-on experience with TLM Schema Design, Smart Schema, CT packages, and TLM Control.
- Proven experience delivering complex reconciliation solutions end to end.
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
- Experience supporting production environments on Unix/Linux and Windows.
- Experience working with large and complex codebases.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice-to-have: It would be great if you also had:

- Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
- Previous experience in a DevOps engineering role.
- Working knowledge of Python and Django.
- Experience developing automation for file processing, bots, operational workflows, and reconciliation activities.
- Experience reducing manual processes, production access requirements, TPAMs, and recurring incidents.
- Experience with other reconciliation platforms.
