St. Joseph in Hamilton is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse for Complex Care in a part-time, regular role. The RPN delivers nursing care to promote health, assess patient needs, and support transitional and ongoing care goals within an interdisciplinary team.

You will work with ventilator-dependent and geriatric patients, collaborate closely with RNs, and ensure safety in transfers and treatments. A robust commitment to learning and quality improvement is required.
