Responsibilities Tasks Analyze and provide advice on the managerial methods and organization of an establishment
Conduct quality audits
Develop quality management and quality assurance standards
Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures
Plan the re-organization of operations
Oversee development of communication strategies
Plan and control budget and expenditures
Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies
Supervision 3-4 people
