Shape the member experience as the Fitness Engagement Supervisor in our team. You'll oversee fitness programming and member interactions while delivering exceptional service.

As a key figure in our fitness operations, your responsibilities will include ensuring all programming is accurate and accessible through Game Time, while supporting member inquiries and concerns. You will collaborate with the Fitness Manager to elevate programming offerings and establish standards for staff engagement, making a positive impact on our community's wellness journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Update schedules and coordinate with staff on fitness events
- Utilize Game Time for all program registrations and bookings
- Create standards for member staff interactions
- Assist with attendance tracking and administrative tasks
- Develop engaging social media content for fitness initiatives

Requirements:

- Enrollment or completion of a degree in Exercise Science
- Current CPR and First Aid credentials
- Experience in a gym or fitness setting preferred
- Open availability for evenings and weekends
- Ability to manage special events and additional tasks
