Access Language Services Inc. (ALS) is seeking fluent bilingual candidates or qualified interpreters to provide on-site face-to-face interpretation in legal, healthcare, and community settings in various locations in Nova Scotia including Halifax and surrounding areas depending on assignment location.

The main languages we are currently seeking are Tigrinya - Oromo - Korean - Tagalog - Ukrainian - Vietnamese Freelance Interpreters.

We accept applications for all other languages

Professional background in interpretation, health, medicine, biology, law, or science is an asset. Training provided. Interpretation testing and vaccinations required. You have to be eligible to work in Canada. If you are interested, please send your resume as soon as possible.

This is a freelance, on-call position. ALS operates 24/7 where interpretation services primarily take place during standard business hours.
