Overview:

Bourgeois Motors Ford, a reputable and customer-focused automotive dealership in Midland, Ontario, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our Quick Lane service team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing our customers' vehicles, ensuring high-quality and efficient service.

Responsibilities:

- Perform oil changes, lubrication services, and tire services efficiently and accurately.
- Inspect and identify potential vehicle issues, providing recommendations for necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Rotate, balance, and install tires on a variety of vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and organized work setting, adhering to all safety and environmental regulations.
- Utilize and maintain all provided tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and other team members to ensure seamless workflow.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns with professionalism.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in an automotive service environment, specifically in lube and tire services, is preferred.




- Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 lbs.
