Metro Traffic Management is hiring experienced Traffic Control Persons (TCPs), Lane Closure Technicians (LCTs), and Highway Truck LCTs for immediate start.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday availability required
- Some weekend work may be required

Responsibilities
- Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control equipment at job sites
- Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic safely and efficiently
- Follow approved traffic control plans and company safety procedures
- Communicate clearly with crew members, supervisors, and the public
- Monitor site conditions and adjust traffic control measures as needed
- Maintain a safe work zone for workers, drivers, and pedestrians
- Complete required safety checks and report hazards or incidents promptly

For TCPs
- Must have your own vehicle to travel to work locations
- Public transit is not a suitable option for these job sites
- Valid driver’s license required

For LCTs




- Must provide a clean driver’s abstract
- Valid driver’s license required

General Qualifications
- Able to stand for long hours
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Robust commitment to safety and following traffic control plans
