Description Brisbane Consulting Group seeks a transaction advisory analyst who will assist us in continuing to provide a positive and supportive work environment. Brisbane Consulting Group is the largest business valuation and management consulting firm in Buffalo, NY. We offer exceptional expertise in business valuation, license and degree valuation, forensic accounting, and the quantification of lost business income, commercial damages, and other financial services.

The analyst will work closely with private equity firms, strategic buyers, and business owners on M&A; due diligence engagements.

Responsibilities

- Analyze financial statements to assess historical earnings and recurring profitability
- Prepare and support Quality of Earnings reports that include adjusted EBITDA calculations, revenue normalization, and working capital analysis
- Identify and explain non-recurring transactions or accounting anomalies
- Assist in drafting executive-level presentations and summaries
- Collaborate with senior team members to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable insights
- Support clients through buy-side and sell-side transactions
