What You Will Accomplish With Us

As a Transaction Support Clerk, you will be at the heart of our operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Index client documents received by email, fax, and mail into administrative systems and route them to the appropriate transaction teams.
- Enter and update information in various systems.
- Manage mail returned by Canada Post.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail to the department.
- Distribute daily reports to department employees.
- Process cheque shipments according to established procedures.
- Meet processing deadlines and quality standards associated with various tasks.

What Could Help You Succeed in This Role We are looking for someone who:

- Is able to travel regularly to the office.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Is recognized for their autonomy, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.




- Has 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Holds a high school diploma or a college diploma in administration, insurance and financial services, or a related field (an asset).
- Is proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Has an intermediate level of English, as the role involves processing transaction files, responding to clients and internal teams, and communicating daily with clients or financial institutions.
