Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive cleaning of truck trailers, including exterior washing, interior sanitation, and debris removal
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and environmentally friendly products to ensure trailers are spotless and well-maintained
- Inspect trailers for any damage or maintenance needs and report issues promptly to the supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including wash bays and storage spaces
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting drivers with trailer needs and addressing any concerns professionally




- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during cleaning procedures
- Keep accurate records of trailers cleaned, maintenance issues identified, and cleaning supplies used

Experience

- Prior experience in cleaning or custodial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to thoroughness in all tasks
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valuable communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
