Responsibilities

- Maintenance and preventative maintenance of the company fleet to ensure efficient operation
- Inspect, diagnose, and conduct repairs of the company fleet




- Follow and practice workplace health and safety regulations and ensure proper disposal of hazardous waste
- Other related tasks, as assigned

Qualifications

- Nova Scotia Motor Vehicle Inspection certification required; Volvo experience is an asset
- Red Seal Interprovincial Certification is an asset
- Registered and in good standing with the province of Nova Scotia trade school
- Ability to understand and use a computer and diagnostic tools
- They have their own tools
- A motivated self-starter who takes pride in what they do
- A team player with a positive attitude and a fast learner
- Always safety-oriented
