Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the kitchen team to ensure effective food preparation and service

- Oversee food handling, storage, and safety procedures to adhere to all health regulations
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards

- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation practices across all kitchen activities
- Collaborate with restaurant management to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and enhance guest satisfaction
