Role: UI/UX Content Designer

Security: Reliability or 5+ years in Canada

Required Experience :

- 6+ years creating clear, concise, and user-centered content for digital products , including forms, workflows, portals, dashboards, notifications, error messages, and self-service experiences.
- Writing and reviewing interface content for digital product experiences, including labels, CTAs, helper text, error messages, validation messages, empty states, notifications, confirmations, modals, system feedback, and status messages.
- Support product teams in creating clear, task-focused content that helps users understand what to do, what happened, and what comes next.
- Ability to translate complex business, financial, legal, technical, or operational information into transparent and actionable user-facing content.
- Experienced in applying accessibility standards and inclusive design principles to labels, instructions, error messages, link text, and other interface content.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, government , Crown corporations, or other regulated environments.
