Health is hiring multiple Palliative Care Physicians to join its esteemed Vancouver Community Palliative Care Program. Ideal candidates will demonstrate flexibility across various care settings, including clinics and hospices. You will work in a team of dedicated specialists focused on improving the quality of life for patients with reliable illnesses through a spectrum of care. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide on-call services in a 1 in 6 to 1 in 9 rotation
- Deliver palliative care across multiple patient settings




- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for quality care
- Educate students, residents, and colleagues on best practices
- Engage in research and quality improvement initiatives Requirements:
- Medical Degree and BC licensure eligibility
- CCFP-PC designation or equivalent in Palliative Care
- CMPA coverage is mandatory
- Solid communication and patient advocacy skills
