As a key member reporting to the Senior Manager, you will implement maintenance best practices and develop training materials for VPAG and VPEL divisions.

The role requires fostering a team-oriented environment and maintaining supplier relationships to improve service effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement preventive maintenance across diverse locations
- Document and streamline maintenance processes and procedures
- Conduct audits of maintenance work and systems
- Develop training tools and identify training needs
- Manage relationships with external maintenance suppliers Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent field
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
