We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong knowledge of veterinary procedures and protocols, and the ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering phones, greeting clients and their pets, collecting payments, and providing general administrative support. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have a passion for helping animals.

Responsibilities

- Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of patient visits.
- Collect payments from clients and process credit card transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of patient medical histories and treatments.
- Assist veterinary technicians with patient care as needed.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 per hour
