The Role: Client Care Ambassador

As a Client Care Ambassador, you are the heart of our hospital and the first point of contact for our clients. You play a vital role in shaping the client experience, working closely with our professional veterinary care team to ensure every visit is smooth, supportive, and positive.

Schedule & Availability

- Monday to Saturday availability required (Saturday shifts are rotated among all staff)
- Day shifts starting at 7:00 AM and evening shifts ending at 7:00 PM (Rotating schedule to support work-life balance (early shifts one week, late shifts the next)

Key Responsibilities

- Create an exceptional experience for pets and their owners
- Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone using a multi-line system
- Schedule appointments and manage food orders and prescription requests
- Process payments and insurance claims
- Assist the veterinary care team with patient triage, hospital care, radiology, and other tasks as needed
- Educate clients on veterinary services,



including preventive care, vaccinations, treatment options, and diets
- Perform other duties as assigned

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer service or receptionist role
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong adaptability and emotional intelligence
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Experience with veterinary management software is an asset
- Previous pet care or veterinary experience is an asset

Compensation & Benefits

- Competitive hourly wage: $19.00–$24.00 per hour
