Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in cross-functional collaboration, with a history of successfully aligning sales, marketing, and product teams to execute cohesive strategies.
- Experience leading initiatives that drive transformation and change management across key accounts, specifically regarding how agencies invest in and adopt new video solutions.
- Pre-existing, strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at major media agencies and holding companies to accelerate strategic partner activation.
- Knowledge of the digital video advertising landscape (including CTV, OTT, and programmatic video) to effectively promote best practices in video planning and adoption.
- Ability to gather market intelligence, synthesize complex data, and translate agency insights into compelling thought leadership and actionable go-to-market strategies.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities, pitch advertising products, and drive significant business growth within a media or tech environment.

In this role, you will be a strategic and results-oriented Video Partner Lead to drive significant growth in video business. You will be responsible for fostering strong partnerships with key agency stakeholders to accelerate the adoption of video solutions and drive increased investment. You will play a key role in influencing video strategy, promoting best practices, and collaborating with internal teams to maximize business opportunities.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Canada: $172000 - $176000 (CAD) + 60% bonus target + equity + perks

Responsibilities

- Strategic Partner and Relationship Activation: Lead strategic engagements and build strong relationships with agency partners to align on business goals and drive video investment.
- Education, Thought Leadership and Tool Adoption: Deliver training, share best practices, and provide thought leadership to influence agency video strategies and drive tool adoption.
- Product Promotion and Business Growth: Pitch video advertising solutions, generate leads, and identify new growth opportunities across key accounts.
- Market Intelligence and Insight Sharing: Gather agency insights and market perceptions to communicate trends back to internal teams and shape overall strategy.
- Cross-Functional and Internal Alignment: Partner closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to execute cohesive strategies, drive sales activation, and lead video transformation.
