Volleyball Coach

3 part time positions available

Monday to Friday, evenings and weekends as needed.

September 21, 2026- June 24, 2027

Up to 10 hrs per week

Are you passionate about volleyball and dedicated to helping athletes reach their full potential? We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Volleyball Coaches to join our Next Level Sports team at BGC London. As a Volleyball Coach, you will play a crucial role in developing athletes' skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive and competitive sports environment.

Qualifications

· Proven volleyball experience, such as playing or coaching at a competitive level.

· Strong knowledge of the rules, techniques, and strategies of the sport.

· Experience in program development, facilitation, and evaluation, particularly in volleyball.

· Strong skills in community engagement, communication, and leadership.

· Commitment to fostering inclusive and high-quality sports programming across disciplines.

· Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to achieve their best.

· NCCP Development Certified (preferred) or willingness to obtain relevant certifications.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel for programs as needed.

· Current Police Vulnerable Sector Check certificate.

· Standard First Aid with CPR and AED Level C certification

Key Responsibilities

· Design and implement effective training programs tailored to individual, and team needs.

· Instruct athletes on proper techniques, strategies, and tactics related to volleyball.





· Provide guidance and support to enhance athletes' physical fitness, mental toughness, and overall performance.

· Plan and oversee practice sessions, drills, and conditioning routines.

· Evaluate athletes' progress and adjust coaching strategies accordingly.

· Foster a positive and respectful team culture that emphasizes sportsmanship and collaboration.

· Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and fellow coaching staff.

· Stay updated on the latest developments in sports training and coaching methodologies.
