The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory handling, and organization of products. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Unload shipping containers by hand, including lifting and handling boxes up to 40 lbs
- Receive, sort, palletize, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory
- Prepare shipments by picking, packing, labeling, and palletizing products
- Operate warehouse equipment safely; forklift operation is required
- Perform product repairs, quality checks, and repackaging as required
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory counts
- Organize pallets and warehouse storage areas to ensure efficiency and safety
- Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory handling
- Liaise with other teams (shipping, operations, and management) to ensure smooth workflow
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly and perform physical warehouse tasks




- Capable of working independently without direct supervision
- Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations required
- Forklift experience or certification is required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
- Basic mechanical skills for minor product repair and repackaging
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, organized, and safety-conscious

Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Manual unloading of containers and frequent handling and packaging of boxes
- Standing, lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods
- Warehouse environment with varying temperatures
