Job Overview

Join Kiyoko's dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through various warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

- Operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and move inventory efficiently and safely
- Manage warehouse distribution processes using warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements accurately
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring timely delivery and order accuracy
- Conduct shipping and receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation
- Stock shelves systematically, maintain organized storage areas,



and perform regular inventory counts using basic math skills
- Utilize order pickers & packers to fulfill customer orders in an e-commerce environment
- Assist with packaging products securely for shipment while adhering to safety standards and quality guidelines

Experience

- Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn on the job
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, or AS400 is a plus
- Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or order pickers is highly desirable; certification is a plus
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and order fulfillment processes in a distribution setting
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment
