Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Associate role based in Mississauga, ON.

The Warehouse

Associate will handle day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving deliveries, unloading shipments, and organizing inventory.

Responsibilities include packing and preparing orders for shipping, staging products for delivery, and ensuring accurate labeling and documentation. The role also involves operating warehouse equipment, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, performing basic quality checks on products,



and supporting other team members to meet daily operational goals.

Qualifications

- Experience with Shipping & Receiving activities, including verifying orders and maintaining accurate records.
- Strong Packing skills, with attention to safe, secure, and efficient packaging of products.
- Ability to perform Unloading tasks, including manual handling of goods in a warehouse workplace.
- Competence in Forklift Operation and use of Pallet Jack, with appropriate training or certification preferred.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse inventory systems and stock organization.
- Ability to lift and move items safely, following workplace health and safety practices.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with team members and supervisors.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an asset; experience with healthcare or mobility products is a plus.
