ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Pick and pack products based on work orders in a company established standard times

- Keeps products separated, organized, sorted and in good rotation and order

- Monitor all parts and product quality on a frequent basis, reporting any issues to Lead Hand to mitigate any concerns

- Utilize continuous improvement mindset and assist in identifying opportunities to improve all processes applicable

- Follow good manufacturing and warehouse practices as well as required safe work practices and safe job procedures

- Maintain shipping, warehouse and stock rooms ensuring clean, neat area and space/shelving usage is optimized

- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area

- Operate forklift, and pallet jack to load, unload, transport and store goods

- Treat internal and external customers with courtesy, respect, and in accordance with company policy





- Perform other duties as required

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum 2 years warehouse and/or parts handling experience in a manufacturing or similar environment

- Sound knowledge of agriculture equipment is an asset

- Ability to safely operate various equipment including forklift, pallet jack and telehandler

- Ability to work weekends as required

- Time management and prioritization skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

WORK SETTING:

- Agriculture manufacturing environment facility

- Frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical parts

- Exposure to increased noise levels, heat and cold

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

- Ability to lift up to 50lbs

- Must show proficiency in the operation of all necessary equipment

- Standing for extended periods of time

- Bending, crouching and reaching

- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate equipment and machines
