Warehouse Associate

Paper E. Clips Inc. is a leading wholesaler and distributer in Canada of distinctive greeting cards and giftware with an emphasis on design excellence. Our warehouse needs a detail-oriented, safety-conscious, enthusiastic individual to join our team.

Duties:

· Pick, pack and quality check all orders to minimize damage and maintain customer satisfaction.

· Fulfill orders using shipping and invoicing software.

· Receive deliveries of stock using lifter-loader machine and comparing items received against purchase orders to detect errors or omissions.

· Manage inventory to ensure that all stock is accounted for and losses and errors are minimized.

· Communicate with stakeholders regarding shipping/receiving schedules.

· Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

· Responsible for keeping the workspace and warehouse clean, tidy & organized.

· Adheres to all Company policies and procedures as well as Health and Safety Regulations

· Other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:





· Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes, shipping & receiving procedures, and inventory management systems is desirable.

· Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods.

· Robust organizational skills with attention to detail with order fulfillment.

· Experience with shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, Canada Post etc)

· Experience with inventory software or ERP systems is desirable.

· Comfortable using MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word

· Problem solving and process improvement is encouraged.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
