Role Description The Warehouse Associate is a Part-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON. This role is responsible for receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming products, as well as packing and preparing orders for shipment to customers and showrooms. Day-to-day tasks include verifying shipments against documentation, safely operating warehouse equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring the warehouse is clean, orderly, and compliant with safety standards.

Associate works closely with showroom staff and logistics partners to support timely deliveries and protect the quality of luxury products. This position may involve lifting, moving, and storing heavy items and materials.

Qualifications

- We are not expecting full knowledge, we will train you as you go.
- Very Flexible time, but 3 days a week from 10 AM - 4 PM is ideal.
- Experience with Shipping & Receiving is a bonus.
- Attention to detail and basic inventory management skills, including counting, labeling, and tracking stock.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials, while following workplace safety practices.
- Solid reliability, punctuality, and teamwork skills, with clear communication in English (French is an asset but not required).
- High school diploma or equivalent education; willingness to train and learn company procedures and product handling standards.

This is a great position for any student looking for a flexible schedule. We are not open on weekends. Located in Toronto, Ontario.
