We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling of goods and maintaining a safe working environment. Duties

- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and reach trucks to load and unload materials.
- Perform order picking and packing duties to prepare products for shipment.
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy in documentation and inventory counts.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure protected operation and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to promote a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Engage in heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring proper lifting techniques are used to prevent injury.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes and order fulfillment practices.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus, particularly with heavy equipment operation.




- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.

Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
- No criminal record.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Strong sense of urgency and excellent attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, good communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience operating small equipment or towing trailers is an asset
- Must have your own vehicle — no bus access near the work location.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
