As a Warehouse Lead Hand, you will oversee the flow of materials to various departments while managing and mentoring Warehouse Technicians and Runners.

A focus on accurate inventory counts, shipping, and receiving procedures is integral. This role supports the effective operation of Alamos Gold’s mining activities in the Island Gold District. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate material transfers from warehouses to users
- Manage daily reservations and address supply shortages
- Catalog spare parts in SAP system
- Assist with inventory counts and truck unloading
- Recognize areas for process improvements Requirements:
- High school graduation and relevant post-secondary training
- 3-5 years of related warehouse experience
- TDG Certificate and warehouse procedures knowledge
- Ability to operate forklifts as required
