Job Summary

Total Tire Distributors is seeking a dependable Warehouse Manager to build on our established reputation of integrity, dedication and service as a vital member of our team. The Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation and supervision of the warehouse team members.

Responsibilities

· Delegate workloads and follow up in a timely manner

· Participate in the recruitment and retention process

· Plan, coordinate and monitor the shipping and receiving of goods

· Actively participate in the daily tasks along side team members

· Maintain strong customer service expectations

· Maintain and monitor inventory control

· Comply with set policies and procedures

· Uphold and over see safety practices proactively

· Maintain and monitor delivery fleet and material handling equipment





· Review operational expenses

· Reporting KPI and using KPI as a tool to for continuous improvement in all aspects of operations

Requirements

· Valid driver’s license

· 3 years experience running a warehouse, manufacturing plant

· Experience and ability to operate warehouse equipment

· Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast paced environment.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, time management and problem solving skills

· Knowledge of warehouse operational practices
