We are seeking a dynamic and organized Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with energy, accountability, and precision. In this key leadership role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, optimize inventory and distribution processes, and ensure safe, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment. By fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service, you will play a vital role in supporting the continued growth and success of our Kamloops branch.

Duties

- Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management to build a motivated, high-performing team.
- Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order picking, packing, shipping, returns processing, and materials management.
- Knowledge of automotive accessories, or related aftermarket products is considered a strong asset.
- Oversee inventory accuracy and accountability through effective use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and cycle count procedures.
- Report directly to the Saskatoon Head Office leadership team, providing regular updates on operational performance, key metrics, and branch initiatives.




- Lead order fulfillment operations to consistently meet delivery deadlines while maintaining accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards for inventory integrity, operational quality, workplace safety, and customer service.
- Monitor warehouse productivity and analyze performance metrics to identify and implement workflow and process improvements.
- Support daily warehouse operations by providing hands-on assistance as needed to ensure operational continuity.
- Oversee the safe storage, handling, and distribution of materials while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely while promoting and enforcing workplace health and safety standards.

Requirements

- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience, with previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience supervising warehouse operations with a robust understanding of supply chain management.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification preferred.
- High attention to detail with a focus on inventory accuracy and quality.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Ability to lift and move products as required and work in a warehouse environment.
- Valid Drivers license
