A Typical Day in the Life:

- Start in the Warehouse: Accurately pick, pack, and stage event rentals (tables, chairs, barbeques) based on daily order contracts.
- Run the Side Door: Serve as the friendly face of our customer pickup/drop-off area—directing traffic, greeting clients with a smile, and ensuring check-ins are smooth and fast.
- Load & Unload: Assist customer vehicles and delivery trucks with loading and unloading rental equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect & Clean: Receive returned rentals, inspect items for quality, and ensure equipment is properly cleaned and returned to inventory.
- Maintain the Flow: Keep the warehouse and Side Door area clean, organized, and safe while communicating effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately pick, stage,



and double-check event rental orders to ensure zero missing items
- Coordinate the Side Door customer pickup area—managing queue flow, answering questions, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Use warehouse tracking methods to monitor inventory, update order statuses, and report discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company safety practices, policies, and protocols.

What You Need:

- 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations, order picking, or customer service (preferred).
- Physical stamina to repeatedly lift, stack, and move up to 50–75 lbs throughout the shift.
- An upbeat, confident personality with robust interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset when handling customer check-ins or order adjustments.
- Forklift certification is an asset (preferred, but not required).
