Warehouse/Service/Sales Support

Pay: CA $20.00-21.00 per hour

Huron Fasteners has been distributing fasteners and industrial supplies in the tri-cities and surrounding area for over 25 years and is dedicated to providing quality products and exceptional customer service.

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse/Service/Sales Support associate to join our team in Kitchener, Ontario.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Order picking
- Packing and preparing orders for delivery and pickup
- Stocking shelves
- Repacking bulk boxes of products and other warehouse duties as assigned
- Timely delivery of customer's orders
- Enter and process customer quotes/orders/pick tickets
- Managing customer inventory
- Assisting with fabrication of parts for specific customers
- Assisting other team members as required

REQUIREMENTS:

- Exceptional customer service skills and commitment to customer satisfaction
- A team player, adaptable,



energetic with a positive attitude and manner
- Self-motivated and willing to learn and display knowledge of products
- Must have good attention to detail
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have a clean driving abstract
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Forklift Operator Certification would be considered an asset
- Working knowledge in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) would be considered an asset
