The team at FIELD & SOCIAL is passionate, fun… and real. We're looking for a hands-on Prep Cook to help us turn out fresh, delicious salads every day — and to take ownership of the kitchen on weekends when things get busy. We will need you week days too. If you've got energy, love working with food, and want real responsibility early on, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for someone who can work 25-30hours a week.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, including greens (romaine and kale), for daily service and other meal prep
- On weekends, be the go-to person in the kitchen — keeping prep and the line moving, staying on top of food quality, and supporting the rest of the team
- Correctly place and store clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas
- Assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking as directed
- Ensure work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly
- Take charge of washing dishes during peak times
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Able to thrive in an extremely fast-paced workplace
- Comfortable stepping up and taking charge of the kitchen on weekends — some kitchen experience is a plus,



but we're happy to train the right person

- Quick learner
- Valid work permit

Working Conditions:

- Standing for long periods of time
- Lifting up to 40 lbs
