Job Summary

Join our agile team as a Wedding Bartender, Server/Buser, or General Event Labour professional! In this energetic role, you will be a vital part of creating memorable wedding experiences by providing exceptional service, efficient support, and lively assistance during events. Whether mixing drinks, serving guests, bussing tables, or helping with event setup and teardown, your enthusiasm and professionalism will help ensure each celebration runs smoothly.

All positions are paid roles designed to foster a vibrant and collaborative work environment where your skills shine and your contributions make a real impact.

Duties

- Prepare and serve beverages responsibly as a Wedding Bartender, ensuring adherence to food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and serve food and drinks promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
- Buss tables efficiently by clearing dishes, resetting tables, and maintaining a clean dining area throughout the event
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decorations to meet event specifications
- Support the serving team with food handling tasks, ensuring proper food safety practices are followed at all times
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for accurate billing and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

Experience





- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred; experience in the food industry helps ensure familiarity with service standards and food safety protocols
- Experience working with POS systems like Micros POS or similar cash handling tools is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy events
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
- Knowledge of basic math for cashiering, making change accurately, and managing food portioning or measurements
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification prior to employment is a plus
- Hospitality background or experience working in event settings enhances your ability to adapt quickly and deliver exceptional service

Pay: $20.00-$50.00 per hour
